Take I-70 to N. Belle Vernon, Exit #42. Go South on Fayette Ave. Turn LEFT directly after the BP/McDonalds and then left into our parking lot. We are in Dr. Crudo's Medical Building which is tucked back from the road a little bit (the old State Police barracks).
