Insurance Information
Swift Audiology is a Provider for most insurances. There are few insurances with a 100% coverage for hearing instruments, however these are a few that offer partial benefits toward hearing aids: Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield - Security Blue, Freedom Blue, UPMC Advantra, Unison, United Mine Workers, PEBIF, Workers Compensation.
Although there are benefits under these Insurance companies, it does not mean that it is across the board. It depends what specific plan each Patient is under. When you call us for your Hearing Exam, we will ask you what Insurance you have, for the purpous of verifying your benefits for you. This will assist us in filing your benefit for you, should you need hearing instruments and decide to purchase them from Swift Audiology.
