On the basic program, I'm hearing stuff that I haven’t heard in years and have very clear understanding of speech. When I select the noise reduction program, extraneous noises just disappear but the things I'm listening to stay in focus, bright and very discernable. I am not plugged up, am very comfortable and no one even notices I am wearing hearing aids. Sam M.
