I'm not one to gush much about a product or service, but I'm ecstatic about my new devices, as well as with Swift Audiology’s testing and fitting process. The benefits and services you included with my Hearing Instruments are above the rest.
On the basic program, I'm hearing stuff that I haven’t heard in years and have very clear understanding of speech. When I select the noise reduction program, extraneous noises just disappear but the things I'm listening to stay in focus, bright and very discernable. I am not plugged up, am very comfortable and no one even notices I am wearing hearing aids.
I must say, I was skeptical of the suggested benefits proposed, but now I'm convinced.
Keep in mind, these weren't my first set of hearing aids, but the upgrade in performance is staggering. I just wouldn't have believed the difference.
